Aqueous Coatings

(1) 2 in ONE:

• As Over-Print, and Primer for UV coating.

(2) Fungicide 2 in ONE:

• This unique technology incorporating special surfactant, works as Over-Print over normal inks, and provides anti-mold protection throughout the layers of paper and paperboard.
• The technology can be applied “IN-LINE / OFF-LINE” with “Anilox roller” in Offset, Flexo and gravure presses.
• This technology has been commercialized with Major Soap Brand Owners in Asia Pacific Region for the past 5 years.

Benefits:  Meeting the requirements of strong rub resistance and high gloss are not enough for packaging which needs to be shipped through areas of high humidity.  We specially formulate the aqueous coating with these benefits:

• Very strong rub resistance.

• High gloss.

• Humidity blocking resistance, at 52C (100F), 92% relative humidity and 2 PSI pressure.

• No blocking after flute lamination and at glue area.
